@Artferret Thankyou for that, it’s funny you mention the drinking enough water, on Sunday drank a lot more and felt s9 much better, yesterday didn’t drink as much and had muscle pain during the night, today been the same haven’t drunk as much tonight so will see what happens but was starting to think along the same lines with the water 😃
