@Glynnis, I don't tend to get the muscle pains so much anymore just the stiffness. The only time it would really hit me would be if i hadn't drunk enough water in the day or had had a bout of diarrhea. What helps for me in that case is either hydralyte or gastrolyte. It could be a general electrolyte imbalance thing. So you could try that if you wanted.
