Thanks everyone, for all your suggestions, I’m just sitting here now with the heat bag on my sides it helps, panadol osteo before bed also thinking maybe some deep heat to see if it helps as well, must admit last night was a horrible night, tonight doesn’t seem as bad, made sure I did lots today and tried to keep moving cause I don’t feel it then 😃
