When on letrozole my Onc said Panadol Osteo. I struggled as time went on and my GP gave me Palexia SR which helped the leg pain.
At 6 months Onc said that's no good let's change because as the Palexia wore off the bone pain would start up.
I find a light break hot chocolate helps
