Letrozole, high cholesterol, Vitamin B12 deficiency

I've now been on this drug for 3 months and just got results in for cholesterol and have found the LDL and non-HDL  have both taken a hike, thankfully not to the point where i have to take anything fu...

So...blood test results in and all is within normal ranges for B12. Hmmm would have almost preferred it otherwise so now it's just monitor it every few months and see what happens. Nice one...
