Letrozole and fatigue
Is anyone on Letrozole and experiencing constant fatigue ? I am by nature a busy person but find am constantly overwhelmed by tiredness. Any suggestions to counter it?
I should add that I hadn't had a headache for 25 years, which coincides with the time I left a really bad marriage .
