Letrozole and Blood Pressure
Just wondering if anyone has had low blood pressure while on Letrozole. Googling brings up high blood pressure but nothing else. I always read slightly low but when I tested it the other day (just b...
I would say keep an eye on it. Perhaps sone regular readings for a while. Were you dehydrated? That can result in a low reading on the day.
I normally have low blood pressure but it got very low on herceptin and chemo. If it was hot weather I would get faint quite a bit and I had some vertigo also..which was blood pressure in inner ear related.
Mine was caused by my heart efficiency reduction due to treatment. So yes...if it continues to be very low...have the workup and ensure no issues.
