@Zoffiel - aromatase is the enzyme that creates oestrogen from fat (after the ovaries stop producing it) ... hence the need for Aromatase Inhibitors (Letrozole/femara) to stop it being produced.
I bet a LOT of women would put their hands up to take part in ANY study done on the side effects of Letrozole!!
