No getting around it really.You feel like roadkill from a mack truck.I took panadiene only after getting advice from my oncologist and that helped mildly. You shouldn't have to suffer so much so ask your doctor for something.On those really bad few days I just pulled the doona over my head and stayed in bed.Do whatever works for you.
