leg cramps

Hi, 12 months into Tamoxifen I am waking up at night with leg cramps so painful that they are reducing me to tears. Can anyone help? Do I just need to up my potassium intake?

I think you should see your GP cos it shouldn't be that painful. I get restless legs some nights but eventually I get off to sleep.I find some panadol and a hot milo helps me when I can't get comfortable.Maybe a magnesium supplement might help but you'd have to run that one  by your doctor.
