If you ask to join the “Choosing Breast Recinstruction” private group there are lots of stories and photos worth reviewing.
Also the “ Reclaim your Curves” website has a lot of useful info including what to take yo hospital.
My tips are:
1. Take it easy with the recovery - it’s a big surgery and your body needs time to recover - the first 36 hours were tough but then I turned a corner.
2 .Button down tops and loose pants are the go plus slip on slippers and shoes.
3.A small pillow to go under the seatbelt on the way home in the car.
4. A wedge pillow for sleeping in your back. I got one on Amazon .
I am 18 months on and very happy I did it.
