Last Radiation

Well at long last my very last radiation is tomorrow. YIPEE.

I am so excited, my treatment is going to be all over and my 10 months of contantly being poked and prodded is almost at an end.

It is so hard to explain how I feel, I know I will still have follow-up appointments and tests but as far as I am concerned I am in remission and it feels fine.

My husband and I have booked a holiday for a couple of weeks after my treatment has been completed. We are so happy, 10 days of relaxation together, no doctors appointments just we two.

    Hi Ladies,

    I am so appreciative of all the support i have gotten from this site and you ladies. I am just so excited, my daughter in law is coming with me today and that is very nice too.

    Of course I am having the 4 dressings a day but I don'r care its almost over.

    The time has come for me to give to others, I am having a fund raiser next month with all funds going to BCNA, I'll tell the ladies in my group all about it at lunch soon.

    Go girl, the weirdest feeling last zap , no more zapping and no more getting the boob out everyday. I wondered what on earth I would do when I stopped going everyday at one stage I actually missed it. What a twit! Looking forward to catching up soon. Regards adean xx

    Well done Deanne & have a great holiday. Knowing you made it through treatment, gives me the strength to face my Chemotherapy, which will start in a few weeks. Take care of you. Regards Adrianne
