Just because you have finished treatment does NOT mean youhave to stop seing your breast care nurse etc (I believe, have been told, or read somewhere), you still need that help as you readjust to a different, non cancer treatment routine.
You will still have cancer worries and fears (like we all don't panic at least a little when we get pains somewhere or a lump or something new, even though the chances of it being anything are slim to none, that is human nature during and after this kind of journey).
I believe the cancer council also offer after treatment workshops to help you get back into a new non treatment routine etc (I read it on one fo their websites (not sure if all states etc, but did read it soemwhere).
Good Luck with your port removal too (not that you will need it).
My Chemo finishes in Mid/ End July and My Herceptin in April next year, so I look forward (at present) to those days ahead.
