I walk for at least 30 minutes each day and do about 15 minutes of stretches for legs, back and upper body afterwards. I am now adding in some arm exercises with light weights while walking, after reading about Chris's accident and broken arm. I also swim 500m every second day. I love the boost that exercise gives me and I know it is helping me in so many ways. It will be interesting to see what recommendations the nutritionist has for you and whether she considers particular foods may be of benefit after having BC. I prefer to eat foods that are high in vitamins and minerals rather than take supplements. It just does not feel natural to be popping pills and mixing powders. But I do take fish oil as this is something I do not get enough of in my diet. Hope you are soon over the effects of this last Chemo. Take care.
