Thanks for the information about Tamoxifen.I am hoping to be like you and not have too many side effects.I am going to see a nutritionist at RPA to fine tune my diet,or at least that's the idea.;) I will keep up my walking, and was wondering do you do any other exercise? Cheers Robyn.
