Thought this day would never come, but I had my last chemo today & here's the new profile photo to prove it. Time for celebration!! Have to break out a bottle of french champers for the occasion. Hubbies not back until Thursday, so I'll have to get some friends over to help me finish it off. He can take me out for dinner to celebrate when he gets back. That's the worst of it over & it's now recovery time. Let the good times roll.

Sorry to hear this chemo has been hard on you-there is no rhyme or reason to it is there. It's good you'll have a break before radiotherapy and I hope you can have abit of fun. Although daunting,radiotherapy is a breeze compared to chemo.It's just a pain to have to go everyday but you get a break on weekends usually.I just got abit red(like bad sunburn)and got abit tired half way through.I took time off work cos I didn't know what to expect and I'm glad I did.So I hope you are feeling better real soon.

Its a great feeling isnt it. Once you get over the last of the chemo effects you will be laughing. Good for you...new you could do it. My motto:- What doesnt kill you , makes you stronger.

Big congrats on finishing your chemo it is such a great feeling. You must celebrate, you're a girl after my own heart as I had a bottle of Veuve Clique when I finished did let my husband have a glass but I am the lover of bubbles in our house. Now relax and get on with life. Do you have radiation too? It's walk in the park in comparison if you do. Good luck and rock on.
