Hi Mariana,
Congratulations! All that waiting, and anxiety is finally over. Put your feet and and rest as Leonie says and you will feel much better. I am a bit like you - at least I don't want to be treated like and invalid, though sometimes we need to listen to our bodies first and foremost and do what it wants - rest!!
I am so happy for you knowing when your radiation starts and approximately when it will finish. You will need more rest then, though at least you won't have the worry about infection as much with that like you did/do with the chemo! You will be fine.
The Gold Coast sounds like fun for your family and all going well, you will have a wonderful time. I am going to have to put my hols on hold for the time being as I have to catch up with finances and also find a suitable boarding kennels for our dogs -the problem when you have pets and all our neighbours are not pet friendly!! :(
Take care and rest up. Hope this cycle is better for you than the others. Drink plenty of water, more water, do all the right things and then celebrate in Feb. Will call you later as starting the new group soon..
