Last Chemo done! Thank you

Hi Ladies

Last Chemo Wednedsday just spent the weekend with the normal fatigue so am happy coming out the other side. I just want to thank the people who helped me thru this phase of my BC, at the beginning it was so scary and daunting when starting chemo and not knowing what to expect but also importantly when I send my blogs out how secure I felt that what I was feeling was fairly normal (with a couple of minor hickups on the way) so really appreciate this very  much.

Now the next phase is the radiation not starting for another 3 weeks so am having a break in Orange NSW to visit my mum.

All the best to you all. Hugs and love DI x

  • Hi Robyn

Thank you for your advice along the way you are an inspiration. I certainly will be taking warm clothes its been snowing on the mountains so brrrrrrr

I wanted you to know that when you talked about walking and your fitness classes it has made me get up and do it and weekly I walk about 8 km and last weekend I walked up Mt Ninderry on the Sunshine Coast it was awesome yes a lot of huffing and puffing but well worth it, my daughter was there to push me along.

All the best hugs Di xx

    Hi disey,

Well done on getting to the end of the chemo! I am about to start mine this Friday so it's nice to see some stories of people who have come out the other side :-)

Enjoy your holiday, you've earned it!

Hugs to you and all the best
