Last AC Infusion

@Nikig I flat out refused to do my last AC, as the side effects were horrible, and my oncologist was fine with it. None of the nausea medication helped much after round 3 and there didnt seem to be anything else on offer. The optimum number of doses is not an exact science so if you want out, say so.
