AC is just not nice stuff. Isn't it weird as I found the AC cumulative not the taxol. Round 3 took about 6 days to recover and round 4 took me about 10-12 days to get over properly. Where as the first two it was about 4 days.
So sorry you had a rough time on Taxol as well @Sister, just awful. 6 months is a long time if your feeling horrid the whole way.
Every one is different and I really did find this one a whole lot easier to handle than the AC. The only side effects I had was a bit of a skin rash which doesn't seem all that common. Very sensitive to sunlight as well. I got some mild tingling in my feet the day after but it disappeared fast. That was it though.. I drove myself there and back every week, worked, did all my usual stuff. No nausea and only occasional mild fatigue. Nobody would have known I was having chemo.
