Hi, I am 43. Diagnosed in November, lumpectomy and sentinel node in December which came back positive. Waiting for full lymph removal in a few weeks and then wait and see.

Hi again Jenny, thanks for replying, it is good to have a 'chat' to someone in the same situation.
I had just moved down to the Southern Highlands in October from the Central Coast. I found my breast cancer 3 weeks later. It has been hard, although I have more family here I had left my nice house, job and friends to try and start again down here. Then all this happened, some days I don't think I am coping at all. I have joined a support group but I struggle to fill my days and have too much time to think.
Off to onco tomorrow, I have a huge list of questions written down.
Just got my head shaved on Sunday. Cried. I have bought quite a few hats, scarves and one wig. I don't know if I will wear the wig but felt secure getting it. I figure I have cancer so I am not going to pretend I don't to make other people more comfortable. Hence I bought about 10 different hats!
I started chemo on the 15th so we are only a couple of days apart. Are you doing FEC D? Hope you are feeling ok.
