Hi leonie, thanks for your response. One of my biggest challenges currently is the constant hot flushes and struggling with sleep. I find it hard to get to sleep and than I wake on the hour and than spend an hour getting back to sleep. I took myself off stilnox begore Xmas. I am hoping the sleep will improve. Never had sleep issue before commencjng chemo. Look forward to chatting again.
