Josie I dont know weather to be angry or laugh- actually i experienced both. Bloody ballarat is crossed of my list - how rude.
I cannot imagine how hard the travelling part is (as I live local to my hospital) - it can be so mentally draining. I always think of you and many others when I have my chemo.
I cannot believe someone who works in radiation would not have more sympathy.
Just love the sound of your local - thats the way life should be.

I would write a letter of complaint fro sure - common courtesy and good manners do not need to go out the window - ever.
