My Onco gave me the OK for fish oil, so perhaps you should check with yours?
Looking at the bottle of fish oil it says: for arthritic pain and inflammation, joint swelling, healthy heart and cardiovascular system, eye and brain function (I can only hope) and maintenance of normal cholesterol levels, which my onco told me could be a problem for me, as Arimidex can send cholesterol through the roof.
I mentioned the fish oil to her as it was mentioned so many times by the other pink ladies. It was a case of give it a try, if it works for you then thats great.
But do check with your Onco,
