Not sure if you would of tried it and it is pretty expensive but Tom Mcarthur's paw paw cream is a miracle cure for some, there is a soap as well, a quick google search hopefully would bring it up for you worth a look anyway, hope you get some relief soon, I have tried the face cream and the soap, and bought the normal one for mother in law whom suffers from skin cancers and it has helped her a lot.
