I've just started the same treatment and had my 2nd paxlitaxol on the 12th. I hope you found that it wasn't as bad as you imagined. I've been fine so far with few side effects apart from getting more tired at night although I am a lot older than you! There are a group of women on breastcancer.org who are also on this protocol and they say that although the side effects are cumulative it's really not too horrible.
I hope you found the first treatment ok. It was a long day and I think my partner was more terrified than I was. It was such a relief to get home and have it behind us! The second one was much easier and didn't take so long. You'll meet some lovely people along the way.
