Thanks, @Blondy - Checked the report today with my GP & all good. Some fatty tissue that they noted 'to keep an eye on' - but otherwise all good.
To be honest - I am not really sure if it 'was' a receptionist (they didn't identify themselves) - it may have been one of the radiographers just taking the call ...... but I definitely agree - a receptionist shouldn't be making 'calls' like that.
