Inflammortery breast cancer

Hello I would love to get in contact with any Perth women who have been diagnosed with IBC, I am 48 and was diagnosed last March 2012 I have had 5 months Chemo, a mastectomy and 5 weeks radiation, I also had various scans showing spots in liver and lngs but so far there no too concerned ( deep down I am) I have been very positive and find my peace in riding my horse and enjoying my life eating good food and occasional glass of wine. I would loved to share concerns and experiences with women who have been through the same to see if and how I am coping. Karen :)

  • Welcome! I was at the Perth forum in Joondalup and would love to be in contact. There is also a Perth Women group you can join onnline. I'm also 48 and was diagnosed last May. Had 6 months of chemo, 2 months of radiotherapy and finished Herceptin in Sept and am now on Tamoxifen.

    Feel free to contact me

    All the best,

Alison ( I'm in Woodvale) xxx
