Hi:):) My daughter bought me a Nutri bullet when I finished chemo and it is FANTASTIC!!! It comes with a book of recipes that are put in groups of what they are good for,and there is a lot about building immunity etc.I know there are other machines that are similar,but it is so powerful.It definitely does what it is advertised as doing.I put fruit( especially red berries) chia,yoghurt,nuts,spinach etc.There is so much you can put in it.I put a blog post about it when I first got it and I had many replies.You might like to have a look at it.I think that anything like the Nutri bullet,where you can get so much good nutrition so quickly,is a definite benefit during and after treatment.Our bodies take a battering with BC and concentrated vitamins and minerals in fresh food can only benefit us.Cheers Robyn xox
