In the end Bilateral MX

I finally had a bilateral MX on 4/12 at a private hospital where I had 2 lumpectomy in Augyst, Operation started after 8 pm and finished bit Buford 11pm. I stayed in hospital for a week to treat post operation symptom. I am very happy that all finished before Christmas! MX operation was moved , rescheduled, chancelled 3 times and I was feeling given up. The day operation was planned but cancelled just a day brfore i was at work. Then My BC surgeon rang me up and asked mr if I'd rather do in a private hospital then she could squeeze in mine next day. She arranged it on the next day!! It involved PS specialist. I understand my BC doctor must have worked hard to make it happen. I have tissue expanders inserted and still recovering. I have pain and discomfort but totally no worries. I'll see my PS next week! I need to wait until October to the next stage of reconstruction as i changed cover of my private insurance in September. In my case public system didn't work at all, after all I went back to private. I'm very happy. I maybe should have stayed in public all the time but I any way needed time to decide with bilateral MX. My cancer was just 1.7 cm on left side. But problem was my very dense breast that make early detection very very difficult.
