So sorry to hear your neutraphil count dropped so low. I was always told if mine dropped below 1.0 chemo would be stopped, but it only happened once and then came up quite quickly again. I hope yours does, too.
I had Loratadine an hour before every chemo, along with the standard Navoban and Dexamethsone, and it must have worked because I only needed Panadol a few times afterwards. (My chemo was Taxol and Carboplatin weekly for 12 weeks.) Deanne's experience with Neulasta is helpful - I didn't have it so nothing useful to add.
