Interesting @arpie. This article relates to ecotyping only (which seems to be classifying cells when looked at under the microscope). I will be interested to see how useful this is in the longer term. I am certainly a big supporter of gene sequencing and the trouble at the moment is there are not enough targeted drugs available for certain mutations. I think the immunotherapy picture is very complicated for breast cancer and that it will only be useful in a small group of women. You can read above that it is only useful in 1 of the 8 ecotypes. The problem seems to be that breast cancer isn't as immunogenic as other cancers. But certainly an interesting area to follow. Thanks again.
