yes it is very common to read alot about alcohol being a reason of getting breast cancer. & Im not saying they are right or wrong. I think in some circumstances it can cause cancer. I just think it didnt cause mine, im only very young n even though i like to have a drink I dont drink ALOT. in the 10 yrs since i took my first drink, i wouldnt say it was a regular thing. my sister is a big clubber n partyier. has a wine with dinner every night, n drinks all weekend every weekend. me I like to have fun. there are times i dont drink anything then times i drink a whole bottle of wine lol... i get the worst hangovers so i cant drink too much anyway without regreting it the next day lol... does that make sense? i think drinking is very common amung people and so its easy to blame alcohol. but then ive met ladies that dont drink who still get breast cancer. it can happen to anyone. im not gonna live my life in bubble wrap. but thats just me.
my mother in law n father n law both work in breast cancer research division and reassure me that there is alot of research happening at the moment but there is no proof yet.. everything in moderation is the key....
But like I said its just my opinion, everyone has to do what they feel is right. So im not trying to change your mind. :) Just explaining more in detail why i chose not to cut alcohol out completely from my diet.
