I have stopped drinking completely, as it is in as a definite carcinogen in all the books/advice that I have read. I used to drink a bit too much too! Finding it easy to not drink as I am doing chemo, don't know if I will be tempted again later, but I really feel that I don't want cancer to spread/reoccur and regret that I did something that may have exacerbated it.
