It's great that you are even doing reduced hours and 3 days per week. It gives you a break from not thinking about BC. Instead it takes your mind off of it and your brain engages into work mode.
When I was at work, I was just flowing through the day and I hardly even thought about having BC, as my day was filled with "work things".
The fitness with come back, just be a little patient. I still struggle and get tired very quickly at night times. My body just knows that the sleep I have, helps mend the body and soul.
