I agree with all your comments, I too struggled with hot sweats, sleepless nights and mood swings. I was so depressed with it all. However 12 months down the track with good GP and Oncologist support I've stuck with it and it's fine. The hot sweats have reduced or maybe Ive just adapted to them but I really feel that the tamoxifen is no big deal now. Can't believe I'm saying that but it's true so hang in there it can improve.
