I am exactly the same as you! I have given up on ways to sleep better.I probably wake up 1 to 2 hourly,through the night,and I am just used to it now.Things that seem to help a bit are...I sleep with a pedestal fan next to the bed,that rotates all night.Even through winter I had it on.( my poor husband ! ) just last week we bought a number 1 rating pure cotton quilt,and packed away our feather and down quilt.Already I believe that this has helped noticeably.I have read that some people with hot flushes all night use a chillow pillow,but I haven't looked into that yet.I think it might be good,because I am constantly turning my pillow to the cold side! Let's hope that some other ladies have other ideas.Cheers Robyn xox
