HI Monica, yes I agree with Kathy - ask your oncologist. I uped my vit d content and then was told I didn't need to take that much. It was checked in blood test, and all okay.
Anyway, there is nothing much wrong with cow's milk unless you have a lactose problem. Do you drink that much of it? I mean, if you had glasses of the stuff, then it could make a big difference. If you just have it with cereal and in your tea/coffee..then perhaps it wouldn't make that much of a difference.
I just switched to skim milk - that's cos of the fat content really. Otherwise, it probably won't make a huge difference.
