The costs were far more than I expected.. The gap of $18200 is AFTER Medicare and Health Fund rebates. The recommended Medicare fee is ridiculously low compared to the long and complicated surgery involved.
I haven't heard of thigh flaps. Frankly, I'm very happy to lose my stomach fat!
