Hi Diane,
I had my surgery on the 16th April. Spent 10 days in hospital. The next 4-5 weeks were spent recovering and visitiing the plastic surgeon 1-2 times per week for expander filling. I have now finished the filling and have a 3 month settling period before phase 2 op removal of temp expanders and put in permanent implants. Thats happening on teh 27th August at Macquarie Uni Hosp.
I am now also doing physio, hydrotherapy and light circuit training to regain my fitness, flexibility and strength.
I live in Mt Colah (near Hornsby). Happy to speak or meet anytime.
