When I wear my wig people tell my how great it is that my hair has grown back already. LOL They really can't tell. If you don't like the scarf just get a nice wig for your outings. I also like soft caps and you can get quite nice styles. My favourites have been a couple of ball caps with the bow on them. I got black and blue, but you can get other colours.
