I found the perfect remedy for a hot flush

Hi ladies 

Hope everyone is doing well.

We are enjoying a lovely long weekend, lucky me my father in law lives on the surf coast in Victoria and we are spending some chill time paying him a visit.

This morning whilst driving to our destination on the Great ocean road i found the perfect solution to the hot flush......i had my head out the window and i was taking in the fresh ocean breeze and the glorious view and i realised how wonderful life is and how lucky i am. Man if only i could bottle that freshness and take it home and share it with all of you out there!!

Whatever you ladies do, please take time out from time to time to enjoy what life has to offer and just chill. Whether its taking in that breathtaking ocean view or stopping to smell the roses....literally.  We are all wonder women living crazy lives and taking time to recuperate and refresh is so important to your wellbeing.
