Thank you everyone for your advice and wishes.
I been back home for a couple days now and recovering. I am still very sore, except does seem to be getting better as each day goes. The only thing now is I feel I am getting the flu. Had a few sneezes and nose is congested. The sneezing and coughing hurt. Sucking on lots of cough and menthol drops to help relieve this.
No doubt I be up and running around again very soon.
