So glad that you have some good news after all that! Good luck with the tamoxifen. I have been taking it for almost 6 months and am finding it just fine. The hardest bit is remembering to take it at first! I have found it helpful to take it at night just before dinner. This seems to mean I sleep through any side effects!
Rest up, it sounds like the hard stuff is behind you now.
