Hysterectomy? Polyps keep returning

Hi all. Anyone else get uterine polyps after taking Tamoxifan? I had a hysteroscopy to remove one 6 months ago and another has returned. I have anxiety in case it is something else. I dont want to keep removing them if they keep coming back. Is a hysterectomy worth doing. Anyone else in the same boat?  Im wondering if i remove everything can I stop tamoxifan and zoladex?
