My dear Hannah, it is such a spin you first go into when diagnosed and it takes so long for the dust to even start settling. Just make sure you take the time you need to take in all the doctors advice and don't be rushed into anything, especially where your fertility options are concerned.
Looking back I just feel I was pushed for things to happen so fast and now I am left with no very few, if any, options. A few days/weeks is not going to be detrimental but living with your decisions can be heartbreaking.
