How to shave under your arm

As a Lymphedema sufferer whatever you do be careful not to cut yourself. And if you do make sure you treat the cut as any open wound can be the source of infection and that is often how lymphedema starts. Sorry to sound alarmist but mine started after a tiny infection under my nail bed. I was lucky to have no puckering so shaving was easy but had to be soooo careful. Especially as I'm numb under there....still am 5 1/2 years later. I have recently bought an epilator. A bit painful on the not numb underarm but ok on the numb side. The cream is a good option. These are all the little things that nobody tells you about. Good luck. Paula x
