About the bra thing - I don't wear one at home; but for out in public I found a very comfortable bra at Target Online. Just had a look, and it doesn't seem to be available anymore - lucky I bought 5! But there are some other likely looking wire free and seam free bras.
Some people find hankies or 'combine' bandages give protection and stop rubbing.
