How many out there are being treated for DCIS?

This has been a challenging year to say the least with a call back to Breastscreen in March after finding suspicious calcium deposits. A series of tests, hook wire biopsy, and wide local excision lat...

Hi again, IDC is Invasive Ductal Carcenoma. It was surround by DCIS then under MRI DCIS was discovered through the opposite part of the breast. I didn't want to take chances on breast cancer again, they could not say if the other breast had any low grade so I wanted to do everything I could to never need to go through chemo etc again. Personal choice, it's hard to decide but when you do you will feel at ease with it. Xx
