If you didn't attend last nights session Ask the Expert: Managing side effects of hormone blocking treatment with Dr Michelle White, the recording will be available in the coming days.

The extended time to 10 years for some people taking hormone-blocking therapy has been a consideration for some time. The decision to continue after 5 years is based on individual risk of recurrence according to diagnosis and is a discussion between the person and their oncologist. Part of that discussion would include what side effects the person is experiencing, how well they are coping and how the side effects are impacting their quality of life.
